Since 1853 Bayliss Park has been the centerpiece of Council Bluffs. When safety concerns forced the city to turn off the fountain in the park two years ago, the community responded with pride and enthusiasm. From that community response, a new vision for Bayliss Park has emerged. A new fountain is only one of the many enhancements that will make Bayliss Park a beautiful community gathering place for generations to come.
